Instructions:

Place the Kuabchua Steam Spa Tea bags into your steamer as instructed by your steam manufacture. Allow the steamer to heat and generate the desired steam in your steam tent or cubicle. Once the steamer is ready, start your steam and breath in deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Enjoy the KuabChua steam spa Tea experience.

STEAM TIME

At least 10 minutes per steam repeated up to 3 times in one session. In between steams allow your body to cool to room temperature.
